WhallPro Trade-In Program – Terms & Conditions

The WhallPro Trade-In Program applies to the following product categories:

Your old device may be any brand, as long as it falls within one of the categories above.

All eligible WhallPro new products qualify for a 15% trade-in discount.
The discount will be provided as a coupon or checkout discount code after your old device has been evaluated.
The discount applies only to brand-new products purchased on the WhallPro official website.

To submit a trade-in request, please provide:

The brand and model of your old device
The purchase date (estimated is acceptable)
A brief description of the device’s current condition (working / partially working / not working)

You are not required to ship your old device back to WhallPro.
After evaluation, you may dispose of or recycle the old device at your own discretion.
The WhallPro technical team will evaluate your device based on the information you provide.

If your old device stores any user data (e.g., smart device settings), we recommend removing or resetting it before disposal.
Since the device does not need to be returned, WhallPro will not access any personal data on the old device.
You are responsible for ensuring your own data privacy when disposing of the product.

WhallPro technicians will evaluate your device based on the information you submit, including but not limited to:

Once approved, you will receive your exclusive trade-in discount code.

Only one trade-in discount may be applied per order.
The trade-in discount may not be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
The discount is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If you cancel or refund an order, the trade-in discount will not be reissued.
